A check is to go with your horse to the shows for entries, stall, bedding. Some show require prepaid stall money. The tack stalls will be split by horses and will be on your bill from Twin Oaks Farm.
Charges for horses in training and hauled by us. (Any deviation will be charged the higher rate)
Hauling: Will fluctuate between $.50 and $.60 per mile (per horse) depending on the cost of fuel that month. Our expenses on hauling day are included in the mileage.
Per Diem: Is $100 per day. Our expenses - motel/trailer hookup, propane, passes, food, etc. This charge is split between horses (not clients). It is usually 4-6 ways.
Show Fee: If we are showing multiple horses, the show fee is $30 per day plus the split of the per diem. If yours is the only horse showing, the charge is $100. per day plus $100 per diem. (Example: Futurity or an all Amateur/Youth Day.)
Lessons: $30 at the barn or at the show. If your horse is in full training, you will receive one Free lesson per month.
Show Coaching: $30 for 1 to 2 classes. Each additional class will be a charge of $10.
Show Grooming: $30 Basic Show clip/bath/grooming supplies (once per weekend) Complete booting (clipping legs) $10 extra.
Pulling Mane: $25.00
Full Body Clip: $100.00
Banding: $20.00
Braiding: $40.00
Misc. Supplements: Vitamins-Minerals-Salts-PDZ (Stall Deodorizer) Included in training/board fee. Joint supplements and dewormer will be extra.
Bedding: If your horse is high maintenance in the stall and requires excessive bedding and labor to keep it clean, you will be charged accordingly.
Horses are to have a NEW halter and lead rope, clean and good condition nylon
sheet/blanket/slinky/hood. Blanket washing and mending will be charged.
All Vaccinations need to be up to date. Strangles vaccine and Neg. Coggins before arrival. Roto Virus Vaccine should be given 30-45 days before arrival.

- Lessons: $40.00 at the barn or show
- Training Ride: $20.00
- Show Coaching: $40.00 for 1-2 classes. Each additional class will be a charge of $10.00
- Catch Ride: $60.00
Prizes and Awards: Prizes and awards go to the owner. Owners typically supply a duplicate award and win photo to the trainer. Regarding major prize money - the entry fee is to be deducted first, then the prize money is split 50/50.
