Boarding and Foaling Contract

Mare Care:

• Dry Mares: $15.00/day
  
• Wet Mares: $19.00/day
• Foaling: $300.00
  
• Consideration on pricing after 4th month
• Year Round Mare Care - $400/month
• Show Mare Care - $23/day (Blankets, Daily Exercise and Grooming)
• Mares are stalled at night and in pastures or paddocks in the day. 
  
  • $300.00 foal out fee  paid at signing of contract and mare booked for 2010 foaling.

• Night Watch and Cameras 24-7
• Stalls and Buckets Disinfected regularly
• Timed lighting for mares and show horses
• Foals are haltered and led to paddock with mothers daily.
• Pastures and Paddocks are 4 board black plank Lexington style with rounded corners. 
• Automatic Wateres in every paddock.
• Fly system throughout barns
• Heated grooming and wash stalls.
• Quarantine area stalls
